Belt

A part finished belt

This belt was started by Fred Dillon on a trip from the Liverpool to Halifax Nova Scotia, about 1960. Sadly when he returned the girl he had been making it for was no longer waiting for him. He never finished it. The belt uses very fine twine, and would have taken many hours of his leisre time .The technique is Square Knotting or Macrame
